So, the Hub thing didn't work out because, honestly, I couldn't care less and didn't have the patience. So, I'm not doing it. I haven't been here for a while, because I moved and haven't really been into the serial killer stuff for a long time. I'm not sure if I'll continue or not, I guess I'll have to see how everything goes. On a not so serial killers note, I'm writing a book about the Greek gods. If you're interested, I just posted the first two chapters and prologue on figment.com. It's action/adventure, not horror, sorry guys. Love ya!

Hub
I'm in the middle of a Hall of Horror about this guy called John List, who freaks me out quite a bit, but I took a break for a while so it's unfinished so far. I just that I'd pop in and let you guys know that I joined this thing called the Hub and I'm taking the Hall of Horrors that I've written and making a little Hub thing on it. I'll still be writing here, but it's going to be my first one and I want it to be on something I've pretty much already written and all that. Idk. I'm letting you guys know just in case you read it and think "Hey, I read that somewhere! Did they copy it?!" And all that. Thanx:)

A Redo, A Break, & A Question
Hey guys:) Kalyn here! Introduction will now be followed by an explanation. The title states what this post will be about. And since I've posted a lot of "update" titles, I used my imagination for this one(not that it was hard, lol). Now:
A Redo: For a while I was trying to get Behind the Knife published. Then school started again and I was in Health Class. We took notes and all that fun stuff(not) but then the teacher got to the topic of metal diseases and illnesses. Schizophrenia is not multiple personalities(some of you may have known that but I sure didn't). It's when you have voices in your head. Multiple Personality Disorder is when you have... uh, well, multiple personalities... And of course, that fascinated me. It was at that moment that I got the idea to redo Behind the Knife. I mean, Behind the Knife was suppose to be sci-fy, but in my opinion it didn't really turn out that way, it was more of bridging on fantasy>.< So now I will be redoing it, and instead of Heather being a completely different person, she's going to be Gwendolyn's "alter ego". Unfortunately it has gone no where. I hope it will so, though.
A Break: I was working on On All Fours, but I, unfortunately, have run into the deadly Writer's Block(duh, duh, duhhh!). So I will we be taking a little break from it and hope that the block will, well, move or disappear. I don't care where it goes. I just don't want it standing in my way.
& A Question: You don't have to answer this, but I was just wondering. What scares you to death? What are you afraid of? What do you think I can put in my horror books that would make it difficult to sleep at night?

HALL OF HORROR: Eddie Gein
Some of you may have seen the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I have to admit: I don't watch gory horror movies. I watch supernatural horror movies, with ghosts and all that. I don't really like the gory stuff. Funny, since I read about it and write about it. Lol. Now, where was I?? Oh yeah, Texas Chainsaw Massacre. That movie was based on the serial killer Eddie Gein.
Eddie Gein's childhood was empty, as his mother was stiffly religious and would not allow him to make any friends. His mother would often verbally abuse him, convinced that her children, Eddie and his older brother Henry, would go to Hell. In 1944 Eddie's brother, Henry, died under mysterious circumstances. While Eddie and Henry had been fighting a fire that was getting close to the farm that they lived on, Eddie supposedly lost sight of Henry. When the fire was out, he worried about not being able to find his brother. He called the police. The police arrived at the farm with a search party all ready, only to have Eddie lead them straight to Henry's dead body. His body was found in an area that had not been touched by the fire, and he had bruises on his head. Foul play was dismissed, as they strongly doubted that Eddie Gein, and shy lonely young man, had killed his brother. His mother died a year later, and Eddie was truly alone.
He sectioned off all the rooms that his mother spent the most time in, and he began to spend most of his time reading adventure stories and studying the human anatomy in the kitchen and a little bedroom that he had left for himself. He would also read the newspaper, of which his favorite part were the obituaries. His brother had never been in contact with the opposite sex, so he would often spend time with the dead bodies of women that he would exhume. He would wear their skin like clothes, as he often wondered what it would be like to be a woman. He kept body parts and heads in his room, and he would willingly show the people of the town his collection. They did not believe that they were real, however, and they would often joke about it with him. It wasn't until a local woman disappeared that they finally started to suspect him. Over several years up to four people disappeared without a trace. the police were finally led to Eddie Gein's house when a local woman, Bernice Worden, disappeared and her headless body was discovered at Eddie Gein's house.
He admitted to the murder of the local woman and of the other people that had disappeared after long hours of interrogation. He was deemed insane at the time of the murders, so he was acquitted at his trial and he was sent to an insane asylum. He died in 1984 and was buried next to his mother.

Eddie Gein was pretty creepy, but not as creepy as other serial killers.
